PAR_VR INSTAGRAM GIVEAWAY — OFFICIAL RULES

This giveaway is sponsored solely by Par_VR, located in Bedford, Texas. It is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram or Meta Platforms, Inc. By entering, participants fully release Instagram and Meta of all responsibility.

Eligibility

Open to legal residents of the Dallas-Fort Worth area of Texas, USA, who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees of Par_VR and their immediate family members are not eligible to enter.

Giveaway Period

The giveaway begins on September 30th, 2026 at 7PM CST and ends on October 7th at 7 PM CST. Entries submitted outside this period will not be considered.

How to Enter

To enter, leave a comment on the official Par_VR giveaway post on Instagram (@par_vr_tx). One comment per person constitutes one entry. Multiple comments by the same user will be counted as a single entry. No purchase is necessary to enter or win. A purchase will not increase your chances of winning.

Prize

One (1) winner will receive:

2 Dozen Titleist Pro V1 golf balls

$250 gift card to PGA Superstore

Approximate Retail Value (ARV): $300. Prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash. Par_VR reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if necessary.

Winner Selection

One winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries on October 8th, 2026. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

Winner Notification

The winner will be notified via Instagram Direct Message (DM) from the official @par_vr_tx account within 24 hours of the drawing. The winner must respond within 48 hours of notification. Failure to respond within 48 hours will result in forfeiture of the prize and an alternate winner will be selected.

Prize Claim

Par_VR will never request payment, financial information, or personal banking details to claim a prize. Any account claiming to be Par_VR and requesting such information is fraudulent. Please report suspicious accounts to Instagram directly.

General Conditions

Par_VR reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process, violates these rules, or acts in a disruptive or unsportsmanlike manner. Par_VR reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the giveaway if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond Par_VR's reasonable control impairs the integrity of the giveaway.

Limitation of Liability

By entering, participants agree to release Par_VR and its representatives from any liability arising from participation in this giveaway or acceptance and use of the prize.

Privacy

Any personal information collected in connection with this giveaway will be used solely for the purpose of administering the giveaway and will not be sold or shared with third parties.

Governing Law

This giveaway is governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Void where prohibited.
